Blåkläder is one of Sweden's largest manufacturers of workwear with production in its own factories. 
"Blåkläder" is Swedish and means literally translated Blue clothes --> so blue man (colloquially stands for work clothes)

Blåkläder produces almost 90% of the products in its range in its own factories in Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Myanmar. 

In order to ensure socially, ethically and ecologically sustainable production standards, all manufacturing facilities comply with SA 8000 (for social responsibility), ISO 9001 (quality assurance) and ISO 14001 (environmental standards). Consciously sustainable production is Blåkläder's way of influencing the lives of colleagues and their families, as well as those of suppliers. This is how Blåkläder tries to make a difference.

Blåkläder can rightly be proud to be the only workwear manufacturer and supplier to offer a lifetime warranty on all seams of its products. This guarantee is backed by professional staff and modern machinery. As the owner of the factories, Blåkläder can take responsibility for the entire production process. This means that quality remains under our own control, from the drawing table to material testing in our own test laboratory.
If defects in seams are not caused by tears, sharp edges or tools,  Blåkläder will repair the defect or replace the garment. Depending on the life of the garment, it is determined whether a seam defect is covered under warranty or whether wear and tear has caused the seam defect.
Blåkläder's unique lifetime seam warranty means longer durability, resulting in significantly lower consumption, as well as medium-term savings and reduced resource consumption.
