How to send it back?
Here we give you a few tips for an uncomplicated return of goods. Your legal claims, in particular for revocation, remain unaffected by this.
Your return shipment to us within Germany (*) is free of charge
if the value of the goods to be returned (the individual value of the goods applies, not the total order value!) is more than 75.00 EUR, the goods are undamaged and unused, you register the return no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods (in case of partial deliveries 14 days after receipt of the last delivery) with us via the returns portal and then return the goods to us no later than 14 days after your registration of the return (the day of dispatch applies!).
You do not need to do anything more than fill out this order. We will take care of everything else immediately after receiving your returns order and send you a parcel label (*) for the return.
However, we reserve the right to exclude a free return before the shipping, e.g. in cases of frequent returns.
Article defective or does not correspond to the order, you want to return an article for repair?
If an item is damaged on receipt, if the delivery does not correspond to your order or if you want to return an item for repair, we will of course help you quickly.
You do not like an item, it does not meet your expectations or you would like to exchange an item?
This gives you the opportunity to return the complete article within 14 days of receipt.
To return items, you can use the revocation form but this is not mandatory and send us the package to the address given.

We will process your return order immediately and you will receive a return slip which already contains all necessary information for an uncomplicated return.
b) If possible, please always pack the article in the original carton and use a cardboard box for shipping.
c) Please enclose the invoice and the return consignment note with the return shipment and make a note of your bank details on it so that we can refund your money quickly and without delay. In case of a new delivery or if you do not return all items from the order, you will of course also receive a new invoice.
d) You now only need to hand in the package to your postman or your post office.
* Valid for returns within Germany! This also includes returns from foreign customers, if you have the possibility to return the package to us from a German address or a German post office/DHL branch, as well as of course in justified warranty and complaint cases!
