Payment and Delivery

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.

Postage and Packaging Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

All deliveries (including deliveries via the German Armed Forces' field post, which are treated as domestic deliveries) are made by DHL or Deutsche Post.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries where this appears advantageous for efficient processing. Any subsequent deliveries required as a result will, of course, always be made free of charge.
There is also the option of collecting the goods directly from us.

Standard Delivery within Germany

The postage and packaging costs for you as the customer are as follows:
- For orders under €12.00: €6.00
- For orders of €12.00 or more: €4.00
For orders of €100.00 or more, we deliver free of charge.

Delivery by DHL EXPRESS

The postage and packaging costs for you as the customer are as follows, regardless of the order value:

• Shipping weight up to 10 kg: €19.00
• Shipping weight up to 20 kg: €22.00
• Shipping weight up to 30 kg: €25.00

For orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m., delivery will be made on the next working day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays; otherwise on the second working day.
For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, delivery will not take place until the following Tuesday, provided it is not a public holiday; otherwise on the next working day.
This delivery option is only available if the shopping basket contains exclusively items that are ready for immediate dispatch and payment is made via PayPal.

International Deliveries

All deliveries are made by DHL.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries where this appears advantageous for efficient processing. Any subsequent deliveries required as a result will, of course, always be made free of charge.

International Postage and Packaging Costs

The postage and packaging costs for you as the customer, including postage and packaging, are as follows:

• Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus: €17.00 (for orders of €50.00 or more, this is reduced to €10.00)
• Switzerland: €27.00 (for orders of €50.00 or more, this is reduced to €17.00)
• Norway: €39.00 (for orders of €50.00 or more, this is reduced to €29.00)

(No German VAT is charged on deliveries to Switzerland and Norway.)

For orders of €250.00 or more, we deliver to EU countries free of charge.

Delivery Times

Unless a different timeframe is stated in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within 1 to 3 days for domestic (Germany) orders and within 5 to 7 days for international orders after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

• Payment in Advance by Bank Transfer
  
  Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, quoting the payment reference. We will send you our bank details and the payment reference separately by e-mail during the order process. For payments by bank transfer, we offer a 2% discount on the gross value of goods for the respective order.
  
  
• Payment via PayPal
  
  Just a few steps to complete payment:
  1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at the checkout.
  2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and authorise the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. A PayPal account is not required for direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, or purchase on account via PayPal.
  4. You will then be redirected back to our website (www.bader-outdoor.de).
  
  
• Purchase on Account
  
  Purchase on account is only available to business customers following our approval. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check in this regard. The invoice amount is payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice without any deduction.
