Product information "MEINDL Army Gore-Tex® black"

For many years a very popular and proven combat boot and service boot for domestic and foreign authorities. This boot complies with the KMV regulations for civilian boots suitable for field service and is approved for WK/EK/RS and inspections. This boot has a reinforced toe cap, a soft tongue end, lateral clamping hooks and deep-drawn hooks. Due to the "one seam cut" (no pressure points), it also offers very good stability and an optimal fit. In addition, this design without side seams is particularly robust and low-wear. The generous padding and a soft cuff provide a very good wearing comfort. The Meindl DUO-DUR Multigriff® sole offers very good grip and hold, even on difficult surfaces.
GORE-TEX® makes this boot waterproof, breathable and thermally insulating.

Qualität und Preis stimm...

Qualität und Preis stimmen.
Habe mir den Schuh für private Wanderungen aber auch für dienstliche Angelegenheiten zugelegt. Ist bis jetzt nur als "normaler" Alltagsschuh zum Einsatz gekommen und konnte seine Wasserfestigkeit unter Beweis stellen.
Das einzige, das man "negativ" anmerken kann, ist die etwas kleine Passform (kommen mir etwas klein geschnitten vor).
Alles in Allem, ein guter Schuh, der sich hoffentlich demnächst als guter Bergschuh beweisen wird.
