The shaft is made of robust split leather. Keprotec cut protection from Schöller and steel cap. Soft flap closure, DiGAfix® lacing and side clamp hooks for effective 2-zone lacing (forefoot and shaft areas can be laced separately for firmer/ looser lacing). The low seam cut also makes this shoe less susceptible to damage from branches or stones when working in the forest. On top of that, this shaft construction offers very good stability. Thanks to the MFS® system developed by Meindl, this shoe offers an even better fit. A soft cuff complements the very good wearing comfort. Sufficient space above the toes is also guaranteed. The Meindl Multigriff® sole from Vibram® offers very good grip and hold, even on difficult surfaces. The eye-catching red hand-wound rubber belt serves as weather protection and protection from other damage and is pulled higher at the toe of the shoe as well as at the heel for more protection. GORE-TEX® makes this shoe waterproof, breathable and thermally insulating.

The AIR REVOLUTION® technology developed by Meindl with an open-cell padded flap ensures an optimal climate in the shoe and thus even more wearing comfort.
