Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus..
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
All deliveries (also the delivery by field post of the German Armed Forces is considered a domestic delivery) are made by DHL or Deutsche Post.
We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this seems advantageous for a speedy processing. Any subsequent deliveries required as a result will, of course, always be made without charging shipping costs.
Shipping costs delivery by field post
The shipping costs for you as the orderer, including postage and packaging, amount to 4.00 €. (With an order value under 12.00 € this amounts to 6.50 €). Necessary subsequent deliveries are carried out without calculation of the forwarding expenses.
Shipping by DHL EXPRESS
The shipping costs for you as the purchaser are as follows, regardless of the order value, including postage and packaging:
Shipping weight up to 10 kg: 19,00 €
Shipping weight up to 20 kg: 22,00 €
Shipping weight up to 30 kg: 25,00 €
For orders from Monday to Friday until 14.00 o'clock the delivery takes place on the next working day, except on Saturdays and on holidays, otherwise on the next but one working day!
For orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday, unless it is a holiday, otherwise on the next working day!
This shipping method can only be selected if there are only items in the shopping cart that are ready for immediate shipment and the payment is made by PAYPAL/PAYPAL EXPRESS.
From an order value of 100,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
All deliveries are made by DHL.
We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for a speedy processing. Thereby necessary subsequent deliveries take place naturally always without calculation of the forwarding expenses.
Shipping costs abroad
The shipping costs for you as the purchaser, including postage and packing, are as follows
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus 10 € (For an order value below 50.00 € this is 17 €).
to Switzerland 17 € (For an order value below 50.00 € this is 27 €)
to Norway 29 € (For an order value below 50.00 € this is 39 €)
(For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and Ukraine no German VAT will be charged).

From an order value of 250,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:
Authorities and public institutions, as well as personal activation of corporate customers
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
